NRECA’s Board of Directors recognized Paul Hvidding for his 18 years of service to the Association.

A resolution enacted by the board cited Hvidding for fostering a human resources program that attracts and retains engaged staff members, and helps them maximize their contributions to the association’s mission.

I really enjoy working with Paul and he’ll be missed when he retires in March.

A Job Well Done

I experienced a rare occurrence today. The feeling of accomplishment followed by the rush of satisfaction.

It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this feeling. I hope it’s not fleeting.
